ABOUT STONE HISTORICAL RESEARCH
Background and History
Stone Historical Research Was founded by James Stone. I have a BA History (1st class) and MA Contemporary History and Politics (Distinction). I have a great love of forensically analyzing Historical events to reach common sense teleological explanations for understanding current affairs. My interests are centred around Modern History post-1850 and modern structures of power, especially the power wielded by NGO's. I also have an interest in the Philosophy of Technology. Despite my Love of studying the past i feel its best use can be put to use in understanding the present and GASP!!!! possibly understanding our path into the future.
